Refund Policy

Choosing your digital files

Please review the product examples, included looks and workflow requirements before purchase. Our LUTs are digital files for standard SDR/Rec.709 footage. Convert Log or HDR footage first and make your own exposure, white balance and intensity adjustments.

Under Lutnoir's ordinary change-of-mind policy, purchases are normally final once a purchased file download begins. A download begins when the file transfer starts, rather than when you pay, receive an email or open the order page. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights or the terms governing your transaction. Before downloading, contact us if you need to cancel; we will review the request and honor any applicable cancellation right.

Installation help for 7 days

Contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase for installation help. Include your order reference, editor/version and a short description of the problem. Our guides at Help explain how to extract, import and apply the files.

This getting-started offer is separate from refund and defect rights. The seven-day period is not a deadline for reporting a defect, requesting a legally required remedy or exercising any other mandatory right. You can contact us later about access or file problems.

Missing, unreadable or incorrect files

If a file is missing, corrupted, unreadable or does not match its description, email us so we can help. We can restore access, provide a fresh download or replace an affected file. If an unreadable or damaged file we supplied cannot be resolved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Where law gives you a more immediate remedy, you can use it without completing troubleshooting first.

Legally required remedies can also apply to a misleading description or other failure to supply conforming digital content. Your choice of remedy and any required refund deadline remain protected.

Goodwill and the rules for your order

We may choose a goodwill refund outside our ordinary policy at our discretion. A voluntary gesture does not promise the same outcome for every request; a refund legally due is a right.

Paddle orders follow Paddle's Buyer Terms, including its Refund Policy, for refunds and withdrawal. Our additional 7 days of installation help still applies. Use Paddle Buyer Support or your receipt's support link for a transaction refund; Lutnoir can help with file issues and forwarding your request. A download is not a universal exclusion of a remaining regional or statutory entitlement.

Read Terms of Sale, Section 5 for the payment arrangements, Section 9 for full remedies and Section 10 for consumer rights. Refunds follow the applicable transaction process, normally to the original payment method. A request awaiting approval is not a completed refund.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this Policy limits your mandatory consumer rights. An applicable withdrawal right ends only when its legal conditions are met; downloading does not remove rights for faulty or misdescribed content. Following a full refund or lawful cancellation, the affected license ends as described in the Terms of Sale; a partial price reduction alone does not end the license.
